So far as defect no. 5 (e) is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the same once the situation normalizes. As regards the rest defects are concerned, the same are ignored.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sonari P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019, G.R. No. 397 of 2020.
While the informant and his friends were returning home after cremating his maternal uncle, the informant was repeatedly fired upon by the miscreants.
The petitioner appears to be in custody since 2.1.2020 and some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 7943 of 2020 and B.A. No. 9850 of 2020.
Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamshedpur in connection with Sonari P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019, G.R. No. 397 of 2020.
