date of his furnishing bail bonds on depositing of a demand draft of Rs.50,000/- drawn in favour of the in informant and on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Daltonganj Town P.S. Case No. 330 of 2019 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case. On the petitioner showing proof of deposit of another demand draft of Rs.50,000/- drawn in favour of the opposite party no.2, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner be extended by the trial court for further one month and thereafter the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be extended for every month if the petitioner deposits further separate demand draft of Rs.50,000/- drawn in favour of the informant. On the petitioner depositing last demand draft of Rs.50,000/- drawn in favour of the informant thereby completing total payment of Rs.9,00,000/- to the informant, within eighteen months from the date of his furnishing bail bonds, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed by the trial court till disposal of the case.
