Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with a liberty to file a fresh application in respect of the petitioner no.1 as rest of the petitioners i.e. petitioner nos. 2 to 4 have been arrested.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner no.1 to file a fresh anticipatory bail application.
