The record is put up today as the report is received from the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Koderma wherein the learned Judge prayed for extension of time for concluding the trial and so far, he has already examined ten witnesses.
In view of the said report, four months’ extension is allowed to the learned trial court from the date of receipt of copy of this order to conclude the trial.
