It has been submitted by Mr. Arpit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has surrendered as directed by this Court vide order dated 03.12.2021.
Since the only prayer made in this application was for grant of provisional bail to the petitioner, which was granted vide order dated 03.12.2021 and since the petitioner has surrendered as indicated above, nothing survives in the present application, which accordingly stands disposed of.
