The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected thrice in B.A. No. 6409 of 2020, B.A. No. 11288 of 2020 and in B.A. No. 5681 of 2021.
The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2020.
The petitioner is alleged to have been indulged himself in cyber crime.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Case, Giridih in connection with Giridih Sadar Cyber P.S. Case No. 12 of 2020, subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner.
