The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected at that stage in B. A. No. 4914 of 2021.
The petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2020.
Regard being had to the observation made earlier and the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Hazaribag in connection with Lohsinghna P.S. Case No. 149 of 2020 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 2 of 2021.
