Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

Defects, as pointed out by the office, are ignored.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021.

The house of the petitioner was raided by the police and 96 pieces of Spasmo Proxyvon Plus capsules were recovered. It has been alleged that from the possession of the petitioner four pieces of Spasmo Proxyvon Plus capsules were recovered.

The quantity of Tramadol Hydrochloride which is a primary composition of Spasmo Proxyvon capsules was 60 grams and the commercial quantity of the same appears to be 250 grams.

In view of the fact that intermediate quantity of Tramadol Hydrochloride was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the fact that he is in custody since 14.07.2021, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021.
