02/23.11.2021 Heard Mr. Amit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Ruby Pandey, learned A.P.P. for the State. Defects as pointed out by the office are ignored.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Saiko P.S. Case No. 34/2020, corresponding to S.T. No. 92/2021.
The dead body of Harisingh Munda @ Ondo Munda was recovered from near an unmetalled road. The dead body had a bullet injury on the head.
The petitioner appears to have been implicated on his own confession rendered in Saiko P.S. Case No. 01/2021. Several other co-accused persons had also confessed and named the petitioner. It appears that some of the witnesses had disclosed that the petitioner was last seen with the deceased.
On consideration of the fact that the implication of the petitioner stems from suspicion on account of the circumstances noted above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned D.A.S.J.-II, Khunti in connection with Saiko P.S. Case No. 34/2020, corresponding to S.T. No. 92/2021.
