2. The instant application has been preferred by the petitioners for following relief:-

(a) For direction upon the respondents to make payment of following due amount payable to the petitioners;-

(i) Rs.73,637/- for the period from January, 1995 to 15.11.2000 and Rs.74,458/- for the period from 16.11.2000 to 20.11.2003( in case of the petitioner no.1)

(ii) Rs.70,047 for the period from January 1998 to 15.11.20000 and Rs.1,06,809 for the period from 16.11.2000 to 11.02.2003 (in case of petitioner no.2)

(b) For holding and declaring that the action of the concerned respondents not making payment of the aforesaid due amount legally payable to the petitioners in spite of details of the said due amount sent by the Managing Director, Hazaribagh Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Hazaribagh (respondent-2) to the Deputy Registar, Cooperative Societies Ltd. Jharkhand, Engineering Building, Dhurwa, Ranchi (respondent no.5) is illegally, arbitrary, discriminatory and against the law. (c) For payment of cost and interest to the petitioners.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter may be remitted back before the respondent authorities to decide the issues in accordance with law.

4. Learned counsel for the State-respondents submits that if the petitioners will file fresh representation before the respondent no.4, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law within a short period.

5. In view of the limited submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, I hereby dispose of the instant writ

application by giving liberty to the petitioners to file their individual representation before the respondent no.4 raising their entire grievance within a period of two months from today. If any such representation/s is/are filed, the respondent no.4 shall dispose of the same in accordance with law, rules & regulations and policy decision of the Government within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation/s and if any amount is found payable to the petitioners, the same shall be released within a further period of two months along with statutory interest.

6. With the aforesaid observation and directions, the instant application is hereby disposed of.
