After some arguments, Mr. Nehru Mahto, learned counsel appearing for
the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State as well as the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.9 jointly submit that the admitted dues of Rs.53465/- has already been paid in favour of the petitioner. They also submit that further amount is not admitted.
Mr. Mahto, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will take other remedies under the law and that is why he seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with instruction from the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the
aforesaid reason.
