The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner for a direction upon the respondent authorities to appoint her on the post of Aganwari Sewika in village Sikni Harijan Tola, Aganwari Centre, as the petitioner is most competent candidate among all five candidates instead of respondent no.7 who has been illegally appointed for the same post.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is having no instruction from her client, as such the instant writ application may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to raise her grievance, if so advised.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State does not have serious objection.
In view of the limited submissions of the learned
counsel for the petitioner, I hereby dispose of the instant writ application by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Deputy Commissioner (Respondent No.2) within a period of two months from today. If any such representation is filed, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.
With the aforesaid directions, this writ application is
disposed of.
