Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P it appears that the petitioner has been made an accused in the instant case on the basis of the confessional statement of Shyan Oraon the brother of deceased Anita Kumari. The case of the petitioner stands on similar footing to that of co-accused namely Anjan Oraon and Amit Kumar Linda @ Amit Kumar Oraon who has been granted bail in B.A. No.10457 of 2019 vide order dated 28.11.2019, accordingly the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Ramgarh, in connection with Basal P.S. Case No.16 of 2019, (corresponding to G.R. No.526 of 2019) on the condition that one of the bailor shall be the parent or guardina of the petitioner, who shall execute a bond and an undertaking (i) to ensure proper supervision and good behaviour of the petitioner, (ii) he/she shall ensure to take proper care that the petitioner does not come in contact with any anti-social element, and (iii) shall produce the petitioner before the Probation Officer as and when directed by the Board. The Probation Officer shall submit the supervision report to the Board for needful.
