1. This revision has been filed against the order dated 13.05.2019 whereby the prayer for bail of the petitioner (juvenile in conflict with law) has been rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Deoghar in Criminal (Juvenile Bail) Appeal No. 10 of 2019.
2. Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State. The criminal antecedent report of the petitioner as submitted by the Office-in- Charge of Deoghar (Town), Police Station is on record. It appears that the petitioner is an accused in altogether seven cases.
3. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for the his release on bail is, hereby, rejected, at this stage.
