The petitioner has challenged the order dated 29.07.2016 passed in Original Maintenance Case No. 34 of 2015 by which he has been directed to pay Rs.2000/- per month to his wife and Rs. 1000/- per month to his minor daughter.
Mr. Kaushal Kishor Mishra, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this criminal revision petition.
Mr. Nityanand Pd. Choudhary, the learned counsel appears for O.P No. 2. He has raised no objection to the prayer seeking withdrawal of this petition.
Accordingly, Criminal Revision No. 1328 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn.
