04/ 24.02.2020 The petitioner has challenged the judgment dated 01.08.2016 passed in Original Maintenance Case No.19 of 2014 by which the maintenance case has been dismissed.
On instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have settled their dispute amongst themselves and, therefore, this criminal revision petition has been rendered infructuous.
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
The opposite-party has yet not put his appearance in the present proceeding.
Accordingly, Cr. Rev. No.1252 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn.
