The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsels for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.
06/ 04.11.2020. The present Interlocutory Application has been filed on behalf of the Superintendent of the L.N.J.P. Central Jail, Hazaribag, stating that the sole appellant in this appeal has died on 03.04.2016 while undergoing treatment in the hospital.
In view of the statement on affidavit in the Interlocutory Application filed on behalf of the Superintendent of the concerned jail, this appeal has become infructuous and is being dismissed as such.
The aforesaid Interlocutory Application also stands disposed of.
