The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsels for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.
5/8.10.2020 Pursuant to the order dated 24.09.2020, the report dated 29.09.2020 has since been received from the Superintendent of the concerned jail, which shows that the petitioner had already been given the benefit of remission and has also been released from the custody.
In that view of the matter, this application has become infructuous and is disposed of as such. The aforesaid interlocutory applications also stands disposed of.
