Heard the counsel for the parties.
By filing this application, petitioner has prayed to quash the FIR being Sakchi P.S. Case No. 249 of 2012, corresponding to G.R. No. 2897 of 2012 registered under Section 420/427 of the IPC.
Status report was annexed along with this application which suggest that final form was submitted on 3.5.2013 and notice thereafter was issued to the informant. The informant appeared and thereafter FRT was accepted and the record has been consigned to the record room.
In view of the aforesaid information, this application is rendered infructuous.
