1. Heard Mr. Ashutosh Anand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
2. Heard Mr. Rohit Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-C.B.I.
3. This petition has been filed for the following reliefs: -
“for quashing of the entire criminal proceeding including the F.I.R. in R.C. No. 04(A)/2012-R dt. 31.3.2012 registered under Section 120B, 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 13(2), read with 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, pending in the Court of Shri N. N. Singh, the Learned Special Judge, Central Bureau of Investigation, Ranchi, as being wholly malafide and without any basis.”

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. He submits that dismissal of this petition may not prejudice the case of the petitioner in any manner before the learned court below.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-C.B.I. has no objection to the prayer made for withdrawal of this petition.
6. Permission for withdrawal of this petition is accorded.
7. Accordingly, this petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
8. It is made clear that dismissal of this petition will not prejudice the case of either parties in any manner before the learned court below.
9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
10. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, are also dismissed as not pressed.
