02/10.01.2020 Heard Mr. Niranjan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ravi Prakash, learned Spl. P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 68/2019.
From the petitioner several mobile phones, passbooks etc. were recovered. It has been alleged that he was involved in cyber crime.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
The petitioner appears to be in custody since 23.10.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 68/2019, subject to the condition that he shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial and one of the bailors should be a Government servant.
