02/10.01.2020 Heard Mr. D.K. Chakraverty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ram Prakash Singh, learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the petitioner and others had formed a company claiming it to be recognized by the Govt. of Indian. Walk-in-interview for securing job was to be conducted and the aspirants were to deposit Rs. 2,000/- through demand draft. On enqiry it had come to the knowledge that there was no recognition and the general public was being duped.
It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence the logo of the Government departments were uploaded in the website. It has further been stated that co-accused Aritro Bhattacharya has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 11124 of 2019.
The petitioner appears to be in custody since 26.11.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019.
