The petitioner is an accused in connection with B.S. City P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019.
While the informant was traveling by bus a person offered him tea and after consuming tea he became unconscious. When he woke up he found his golden chain and purse missing.
It appears that the petitioner was identified in the Test Identification parade and he is also an accused in a similar type of case being B.S. City P.S. Case No. 221 of 2019.
Regard being had to the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is hereby rejected.
