The petitioner is an accused in connection with S. T. No. 144 of 2009 arising out of Kisko P.S. Case No. 45 of 2008 corresponding to G. R. No. 465 of 2008.
The mother of the informant was murdered and suspicion was cast upon the petitioner as he had earlier given a threat. It appears that only two witnesses have been examined in course of trial. The case diary also reveals about the suspicion due to the threatening given earlier.
There is no direct evidence which would indicate that the petitioner was responsible for committing the offence.
In such circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Lohardaga in connection with S. T. No. 144 of 2009 arising out of Kisko P.S. Case No. 45 of 2008 corresponding to G. R. No. 465 of 2008.
