Heard Mr. Rohit Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Deepak Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail, as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 62/2019.
It has been alleged that the wife of the petitioner was assaulted by her in-laws and in course of treatment she had died. The petitioner being the husband of the deceased and there being specific allegation levelled against him, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
This application accordingly stands rejected.
