The petitioner is an accused in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019 corresponding to G. R. No. 1352 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the petitioner has established physical relationship with the informant on the pretext of marriage, but subsequently denied to marry her. The tenor and purport of the statement of informant recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. indicates about being a consenting party to the sexual advances made by the petitioner. The informant is a major and the petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jamshedpur in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019 corresponding to G. R. No. 1352 of 2019.
