The petitioner is an accused in connection with Kenduadih (Gondudih) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019.
Petitioner was apprehended by the police and from the possession of petitioner, one loaded country made pistol was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 8.8.2019.
Regard being had to the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Kenduadih (Gondudih) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019.
