Heard Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vishal Kumar Rai, A.C to learned S.C. I for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for direction upon the respondents to pay the salary/honorarium for the month of January, 2012 to till date and further prayer has been made for posting of the petitioner in Transport Department as per letter dated 24.12.2014.

3. The petitioner has earlier filed W.P. (S) No. 827 of 2010, which was disposed of vide order dated 06.07.2011, directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for reemployment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to that the petitioner joined in the transport department on 02.01.2012. Thereafter, the petitioner was deputed with the Ministry of Adivasi Welfare and Transport Department, Govt. of Jharkhand and he worked there as Computer Operator for seeking time and thereafter, he was again transferred to transport department. But, the petitioner

has not been paid the honorarium/salary for the intervening period. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that after dissolution of 9^th Council of Ministry, the petitioner has not been provided any job. As such, the petitioner is entitled for honorarium for the period January, 2012 till December, 2012.

4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that vide letter dated 11.10.2012, the Deputy Secretary of the Transport Department wrote to the Secretary, Welfare Department to pay salary/honorarium for the month of January, 2012 to September, 2012.

In view of the specific submission made in the counter affidavit, the respondent no. 3 is directed to take a decision in this regard within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order and pay all the unpaid honorarium/salary to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Consequent upon the disposal of writ petition, the Interlocutory Application on Board also stands disposed of.
