During course of hearing, it was pointed out that the petitioner has filed appeal against the impugned order. It is strange that still the said appeal has not been disposed of.
In such view of the matter, the appellate authority is directed to disposed of the said appeal with communication to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. Liberty is reserved with the petitioner, if he is not satisfied with the order passed by the appellate authority, he may approach this Court by way of filing fresh writ petition.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
