It is a case where the petitioner has sought for a direction to accept rent and issue rent receipt in favour of the petitioner pertaining to land measuring an area of 59 decimals being portion of R.S. Plot No.128 under R.S. Khata No.03 in Mouza-Morabadi in the district of Ranchi.

Learned Standing counsel-I has submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of at this stage giving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation/application before the competent authority raising the issue along with the relevant documents for its consideration.

Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

writ petition may be disposed of by passing an appropriate order.

Upon such submission and without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation/application before the respondent No.6, the Circle Officer, Sadar, Ranchi raising therein issues along with the relevant documents, if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

The concerned respondent shall decide the issue after hearing the petitioner and the affected parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation/application.
