IV, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent-SBI, Mr. Rajiv Ranjan, learned senior counsel for the respondent-HDFC and Mr. Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent-Axis Bank have raised no objection to the prayer made in the Interlocutory Applications.
In view thereof, the writ petitions [W.P. (C) No. 6450 of 2017 and W.P. (C) No. 6454 of 2017] is permitted to be withdrawn.
Accordingly, I.A. No. 8913 of 2019 and I.A. No. 9170 of 2019 are allowed and disposed of.
