6/08.11.2019 This writ petition is for issuance of direction upon the respondent authority to make payment of admitted dues for the work done by the petitioner Firm for diversion of Double Feeder Line from Main Washery Sub-Station to Loading Section as also for payment of GST amount which was deducted from the petitioner Firm.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to approach before the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance.

Upon which, learned counsel for the respondent-BCCL has not raised any objection to such prayer.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and without entering into the merit of the case and also with their consents, the writ petition stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the concerned respondent authority along with all relevant documents, if any, within a period of three weeks’ from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The concerned respondent will look into the matter and take final decision in accordance with law within the period of eight weeks’ from the date of receipt of such representation.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
