In this writ petition, prayer has been made for direction upon the respondents for payment of admitted dues of Rs.1,06,250/- for the work done under self-employment scheme namely TRYSEM Training programme in the year 1998-99.

It has been stated in the writ petition that the petitioner organization is a non-governmental organization registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Vide letter dated 14.11.1998 the Block Development Officer, Churchu Block had communicated to the petitioner to start TRYSEM Training Programme to the trainees. The Block Development Officer, Ichak Block, Hazaribagh was also communicated regarding the joining report of the allotted trainees for the post of tailoring and cutting under TRYSEM Training Programme. On completion of the training programme representations were submitted on behalf of the petitioner before the respondent no.5 with respect to payment of total admitted dues of Rs. 1,06,250/- and since the same was not received by the petitioner the present writ petition has been filed.

No counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents. It would therefore, be necessary that the grievance of the petitioner be considered at the first instance by the concerned respondents.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer a representation before respondent no.5 alongwith all supporting documents as well as a copy of this order and if such representation is filed the respondent no.5 shall consider the same and dispose of it by passing a reasoned order within eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

It goes without saying that if the grievance of the petitioner is found to be genuine the respondent no.5 shall take necessary steps so that the admitted dues of the petitioner be paid within a period of eight weeks from the date of disposal of the representation.

This writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations and directions.
