Learned counsel for the petitioner in presence of Mr. Navin Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the State-Respondent, has submitted that due to bonafide mistake and inadvertence, the writ petition has not properly been drafted and as such, he has sought permission to withdraw this writ petition.
Mr. Navin Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent-State, has not objected to such submission.
In view thereof, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application, if he so wishes.
The aforesaid order will not prejudice in the adjudication of the matter in any way.
