10/ 16.12.2019 The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for a direction upon the respondents for proper calculation of death cum retirement benefit of her husband and payment of excess deducted amount to the petitioner.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that already the grievances of the petitioner has been rederessed. The petitioner has received monetary compensation, but less amount has been paid to the petitioner.

As most of the grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed and if petitioner is still aggrieved by payment of the some less amount, she is free to file a fresh representation, raising all the grievances before the competent authority, within a period of three weeks’ from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass a speaking order assigning valid and concrete reason for consideration /non-consideration of the case of the petitioner, in accordance with law after giving ample opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of ten weeks thereafter.

Needless to say that if the petitioner is found entitled for any benefit, same shall be extended to her, within the aforesaid period.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
