05/ 13.12.2019 Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 31.07.2018 (Annexure1 to the writ petition).

At the very outset, it has been submitted by Mr. Anjani Kumar Verma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that since the petitioner is going to retire on 31.12.2019, suffice it would if a direction is given by this Court to the petitioner to join his transferred post, at the earliest.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State has no objection to the same.

In view of fair submission of the parties, I hereby direct the petitioner to join his transferred post, preferably by 16.12.2019 and thereafter, he may file representation before the respondent-authorities, particularly, respondent No. 3 for consideration of his case with respect to his transfer to original place of posting. The petitioner shall take all the points regarding his transfer at the fag end of service as also the point that he belongs to a district cadre, whereas, he has been transferred to outside the district cadre. Upon receipt of such representation, the respondent No. 3 is directed to pass a reasoned order within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
