6/09.07.2019 Counsel for the appellant submits that the decree has already been executed in Execution Case No. 17 of 2003. He further submits that the parties have already settled their dispute and in terms of the said settlement the decree has been prepared.
The report of the Civil Judge, Jr. Division-I., Dhanbad, suggests that the decree has already been executed with full and final satisfaction on 18.08.2004.
Counsel for the appellants thus, does not want to pursue this appeal and prays to withdraw the same.
This second appeal is thus dismissed as withdrawn.
