The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the appellants and the respondents are entered into a compromise petition which has been filed in the court below. She submits that on 30.06.2010 the order has been passed by the court below first to withdraw the S.A. before the High Court and then place the order before the court below and thereafter the necessary order will be passed. She submits that in view of the above she may kindly be permitted to withdraw the second appeal.
In view of the above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, permission is accorded.
This S.A. stands dismissed as withdrawn.
I.A., if any, shall also stand dismissed.
