The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is the Principal of “Rajkiyakrit Abhyasik Madhya Vidyalaya”, Jhakhratanr, Ratu. The respondent no. 2 who happened to be a teacher in the said school has falsely implicated the appellant in the present case by making frivolous allegations against her. In fact, a group of teachers in the said school used to be involved in committing irregularities in Mid-Day-Meal, allowing the para-teachers to teach in the said school without being legally selected, regularly leaving the school without permission, issuing forged transfer certificates and other illegal activities in the school. When the appellant started taking action against them, they complained before different authorities making false allegations against her. The present F.I.R. lodged against the appellant is also one of the examples of such mischief of the said group of teachers including the respondent no. 2 to save their skin. Considering the said situation prevailing in the school, the SubDivisional Officer, Ranchi vide letter no. 459 dated 28.02.2018 recommended the transfer of the teachers who were polluting the environment of the school and to initiate departmental proceedings
