03/03.05.2019 The present petition has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No. 2274 of 2017 to its original file which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 07.03.2018 passed by this Court.
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present petition, the records of W.P.(C) No. 2274 of 2017 is restored to its original file and stage, if the petitioner removes the remaining defects as pointed out by the office, within one week from the date of the order, with further condition that the petitioner shall pay Rs.1,000/- in favour of the Advocate’s Clerks Association Welfare Fund, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi.
The present C.M.P. is accordingly disposed of.
