This criminal revision petition was filed on 04.02.2015 and thereafter whenever it was listed it has been adjourned at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. The matter was listed on as many as four occasions, that is, on 16.03.2015, 01.07.2015, 15.07.2015 and 28.07.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner has not taken any step in the matter.
Today also, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this criminal revision petition.
Accordingly, Criminal Revision No.77 of 2015 is dismissed in default.
