This petition has been filed for the following reliefs: - “for quashing of order dated 10.10.2018 passed by the Special Judge, A.C.B, Chaibasa, in connection with Vigilance P.S Case no. 02/2016 corresponding to Special case no. 02/2016 lodged registered u/s 7/13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 whereby and whereunder the said Ld. Court has been pleased to reject the discharge petition filed by the petitioner and has proceeded for framing of charge.
AND/OR
Pass such other order(s) as Your Lordship may deem fit and proper in the interest of Justice.”
3. Vide order dated 16.10.2019, a prayer was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of last indulgence, two weeks’ time was granted to the petitioner to remove the remaining defects as pointed out by the Office.
4. As per office note, the remaining defect have not been removed.

5. Accordingly, the present Cr. Revision No. 1707 of 2018 is hereby dismissed on account of non-removal of defects.
