The petitioner has challenged the order dated 14.08.2015 passed in Maintenance Case No. 96 of 2014.
In the present proceeding, the parties were sent to the Mediator, JHALSA, Ranchi.
Mrs. Rashmi Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that before the Mediator the parties have agreed to settle their dispute amicably. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a petition under section 13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has already been filed for divorce with mutual consent.
In view of the aforesaid facts, this criminal revision petition has been rendered infructuous.
Dismissed as such.
