The present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 12th June, 2009 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribgh in Complaint Case No.688 of 2008 (T.R. No.393 of 2011), whereby the cognizance of offences under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry prohibition Act has been taken against the petitioners.
As per the report submitted by the District & Additional Sessions Judge-XII, Hazaribagh vide his letter no.171 dated 13th March, 2019, S.T. No.181 of 2013, arising out of Complaint Case No.688 of 2008 has been disposed of on 14th March, 2018.
In view of the said report, there is no reason to proceed further in the matter.
This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
