The present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for quashing the entire criminal proceeding arising out of Complaint Case No.810 of 2008 (T.R. No.1505 of 2008).
As per the report submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh vide his letter no.304 dated 5th April, 2019, Complaint Case No.810 of 2008 (T.R. No.1505 of 2008) has been disposed of on 15th March, 2019 by acquitting the accused persons.
In view of the said report, there is no reason to proceed further in the matter.
This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
