The instant petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 12.04.2019 passed in A.B.A. No.7820 of 2018, whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail with a conditions that he shall furnish bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each within a period of four weeks i.e. from 12.04.2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the petitioner has gone out of the station for treatment of his mother, as such, period of surrender may be extended for further four weeks from today otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer.
Considering the fact that since the petitioner has gone out of the station for treatment of his mother, this Court is inclined to extend the period of surrender for further four weeks from today.
The rest of the conditions passed vide order dated 12.04.2019 in A.B.A. No.7820 of 2018 shall remain intact.
The aforesaid petition shall stands disposed of with aforesaid modification.
