This petition has been filed for the following reliefs: - “That through the instant application, the petitioner herein above named seeks quashing of the order dated 08.05.2015 passed in Case No. RC1(A)/2003(D) whereby and whereunder the petition for discharge under Section 227 Cr.P.C. for offences under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) read with Sections 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 has been rejected by the Court of Learned Special Judge, CBI-cumAdditional District and Sessions Judge-X, Dhanbad. The case is presently pending in the Court of Learned Special Judge, CBI-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge-X, Dhanbad.”
2. Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Yesterday also, nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the State-C.B.I. Mr. Rajiv Nandan Prasad submits that trial has advanced and as per the report

which has been received from the learned court below, many more witnesses have been examined apart from 17 witnesses.
5. Considering the fact that nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Cr. M. P. No. 1282 of 2015 is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution.
6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
7. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, are also dismissed as not pressed.
8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below through ‘FAX’.
