11/01.04.2019 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner, whereas Mr. Shekhar Sinha, learned A.P.P., is present on behalf of the State of Jharkhand.
Though, no interim order was passed in the present case, yet since the Lower Court Records was called for vide order dated 13.10.2009, the court below did not proceed further in the matter.
The L.C.R. of the case has now been remitted back to the concerned court below after retaining a copy of the same as per the order dated 27.02.2019.
Since, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press the present petition which pertains to the year 2006, I see no reason to keep the same pending.
Accordingly, the present Cr.M.P. is dismissed for nonprosecution.
I.A. No. 2602 of 2008 also stands dismissed.
