This case has been filed for the following reliefs:-

“ This application is being filed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 19.4.2018 passed in W.P. (C) No. 3768/12 wherein a direction was issued to the respondents to release the truck of the petitioner along with materials within 3 months from the date of the order passed.”

Counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that the order passed in W.P. (C) No. 3768 of 2012 which was challenged in L.P.A. No. 06 of 2019 and the same has been dismissed. Accordingly, the opposite party has already issued release order in compliance of the order passed in W.P. (C) No. 3768 of 2012. He has produced a copy of the release order which was signed on 20.11.2019 and a copy of the release order is said to be marked to the petitioner. He accordingly submits that the present contempt proceeding be dropped as the order of this court passed in W.P. (C) No. 3768 of 2012 has already been

complied.

Considering the aforesaid circumstance, the aforesaid release order which has been produced by the counsel for the opposite party is directed to be kept in this file. It appears that the order passed by the court has already been complied as submitted by the counsel for the opposite party, therefore this court does not find it proper to proceed further in this contempt proceeding.

Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped and this petition is disposed of.
