Jai Mohan Mahato Vs the State of Jharkhand

Learned A.C. to G.P.II while referring to the show cause affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2 submits that the opposite party no.2 has passed the order dated 20^th June, 2019 (Annexure-F to the show cause affidavit) in compliance of the direction issued by this Court vide order dated 1^st May, 2018. As such, the order of this Court has already been complied and the present contempt case may be disposed of.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the show cause affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2, it appears that the order dated 1^st May, 2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.1140 of 2018 has been complied by the opposite party no.2. As such, I see no reason to proceed further in the matter.

The contempt proceeding is dropped.

The present contempt case is, accordingly, disposed of.
